Gorkha Anti-Theft App – District Dealership Terms and Conditions:-
One Dealer per District:- The company will appoint only one authorized dealer per district.
Minimum Stock Requirement.
The dealer must maintain a minimum stock of ₹1,00,000 at all times.
Direct Customer Activation :- If any customer activates the Gorkha app directly from the company, the respective district dealer will receive 15% of the base price.
Territorial Restrictions:-
Dealers are not allowed to sell in other districts. If found doing so, the company reserves the right to cancel the dealership and deactivate all pins immediately without notice.
Inactivity Clause:-
If the dealer fails to place any order within 6 months, the company may appoint another dealer without any prior notice.
No Return or Refund Policy:-
The company will not accept any return or refund under any condition.
Sales Support:-
The company is not obligated to provide any type of sales support. Dealers cannot force or demand sales from the company.
Dealer Portal Access:-
The company will provide a dealer portal where dealers can:
Manage payouts
Place orders
View direct sales in their assigned district
Promotional Materials:- The company will provide the following promotional items one time only:
Umbrellas
Diaries
Pens
Posters
T-shirts
Any further promotional support is at the discretion of the company and cannot be demanded by the dealer.
No Salary or Field Expense:-
The company will not pay any salary, travel expense, or any kind of field expense. All costs are the responsibility of the dealer.
Legal Jurisdiction:-
In case of any dispute, only the Hisar Court (Haryana) will have jurisdiction.
Policy & System Changes:-
The Gorkha Anti-Theft App is operated by Vudbhag Techno & Marketing Company, which reserves the right to change any of these terms at any time without prior notice.
